The service I received yesterday was amazing and excellent, very satisfied!

My service rep Jose is the best. I don't have enough words to say about his hospitality. He's a keeper. What happened to those delicious donuts?

I set up an appointment with my Service Advisor, Luis Mejia, and arrived as expected. He informed me that my repair was under warranty and set up a loaner car from Enterprise. The loaner experience was very good. There was a slight delay with a part for my repair, but Luis extended my loaner car, and I kept moving without any compromise. Luis called and suggested that I have my fuel system and filter serviced while my truck was in the shop while we waited for the part, to which I agreed. He called me when my truck was ready and I picked it up without a hitch. The only negative was that the carwash was down for service at the time of pick up... I understand, there needs to be maintenance at some point. Thanks for the great customer service!

Excellent customer service and the quick turn around service was top tier. Jose always ensure to provide me the priority service maintenance recommendation which allows me to plan my next service in advanced. Always an A plus!!!

Very professional and timely.

Not organized on drop off and definitely not organized on pick up. Process of the cashier calling for car after payment made is a joke and I had to wait over 15 minutes. It got to the point where the driver that was dropping other cars noticed I had been there a long time and asked me for my paperwork so he could get my car.
