This was the second time going in for an oil change. I had originally bought a three pack. I paid for everything in the first appointment. They still charged a pending amount for some reason on the second oil change. I told him the rear windshield glass is covered by my bumper-to-bumper three year 36,000 warranty. And they were not sure they had to send pictures for approval. I needed it done there as it is covered in the warranty and they could not do it very disappointed.

Had an oil change and everything was great.

Experience at dealership was fine. When I picked up vehicle and brought it home realized that 2 tire air valve caps were missing off my tires. Driving that night my entire vehicle shut off at a stop light because the negative cable was not fastened to the battery properly and came loose causing car to lose all power. Had to call AAA

Every time that I called to check the status of my vehicle-no one was available for me. I left messages and never got a call back!

Very expensive service. Been a long time customer and no discount offered even when I asked.
