I’ve had nothing but great experiences dealing with William in the service department. Every time I bring my truck in, he takes care of me from start to finish. He’s extremely knowledgeable, always explains everything clearly, and you can tell he genuinely knows what he’s doing.
What really stands out is how helpful and easygoing he is. William is always cool, professional, and on point, and he makes the whole service process feel simple and stress-free. I know that whenever I bring my truck in, I’m going to be taken care of and treated right.
People like William are a big reason I continue coming back to this dealership. He’s an awesome guy, great at his job, and definitely deserves recognition for the way he takes care of his customers. 5 stars all day!

William was a great service advisor. I definitely had a bad experience with the service department at this dealership in the past, but William completely changed my perspective of the place. He was professional, helpful, and made the experience much better. I would definitely recommend William as a service advisor and would absolutely go back to have him assist me again.
